Managing stress with…words.

Some days we all could use that one mantra to remind ourselves what’s important. I’ve found that patience, thinking and then speaking, and a laser-sharp focus on my own goals make me feel good at the end of the day.

An insightful blog post came up on my Twitter feed this morning, listing 52 “Monday morning stress reduction mantras“. They’re all really encouraging and kind of perfect. Have a read.

And here’s my Monday (Well, Tuesday. But it’s the first day of the week for me) morning mantra:

“No matter how it turns out, it always ends up just the way it should be.  Either I succeed or I learn something.  Win-Win.”
