One week at a time

I think I found my zen this weekend. And that makes me happy.

I spent the day (about eight hours) in the library today doing things at my own pace. And I got most of what I needed to done. There’s more I can still do, but I want to remind myself of some goals for this week:

  • Speak up
  • Maintain my zen
  • Eat healthier
  • Sleep in peace
  • Go to classes and pay attention
  • Leave work at work
  • Be confident in myself and my ideas
